Description of the subject of the order: Deadline: December 10, 2025 between 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Place of implementation: Riwiera Navy Club ul. Zawiszy Czarnego 1 in Gdynia Number of participants: from 100 to 120 people. The price of food is for 1 person. Scope: Dinner buffet consisting of at least one soup in an amount not less than 200 ml per person, hot dishes, 1 type of meat and one meatless dish to choose from, dumplings as a traditional dish of Polish cuisine, side dishes (e.g. potatoes, rice, potato dumplings, etc., boiled vegetables, salads), a cold buffet, at least 5 cold appetizers and a sweet buffet with choice of at least 2 types of desserts. Additionally, openbar offers both non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea, water, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, as well as alcoholic drinks (beer and white and red wine). The contractor is to provide not only catering but also tableware, i.e. bowls and platters appetizers and desserts, warmers for hot dishes, glasses, plates, metal pieces and napkins will be served.
