- 1. The subject of the order is the catering service for the New Year's Eve Gala 2025, which will be held at the Grand Theater of the National Opera in Warsaw. The service will be performed on December 31, 2025 at the Ordering Party's headquarters at Plac Teatralny 1 in Warsaw.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ entitled Description of the subject of the order. The scope and method of execution of the order are determined by the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.3. In a situation where the description includes an indication of a specific name, product or manufacturer, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of offering solutions of equivalents. Wherever the description of the subject of the order indicates specific norms/standards, the Ordering Party allows the norms/standards equalized.
