- The order covers the preparation and delivery of meals for a maximum of 30 people a day - residents of the Local Government Social Welfare Home in Jedlicze (SDPS). The number of meals will correspond to the number of SDPS residents. The maximum number of meals ordered is 10,950 person-days. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order smaller number of meals than the maximum, and in such a situation, the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect, in particular for payment for the difference between the maximum number of meals indicated in the tender and the quantities actually delivered on the basis of the Ordering Party's individual orders. Minimum order quantity meals equals 5,475 person-days.
