Description:
1. The subject of the order is the catering service, preparation and delivery of meals to the Municipal Kindergarten in Lubawa and the Municipal Nursery in Lubawa, Akademia Maluszka, from Monday to Friday, except for days off when the kindergarten and the nursery are closed.2. Attention! These proceedings are ongoing jointly by the Municipal Kindergarten in Lubawa and the Municipal Center in Lubawa "Baby Academy". The entity conducting the proceedings (proxy) is the Municipal Kindergarten in Lubawa. As part of this procedure, the Contractor will conclude two separate agreements with individual units.3. Detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and in the draft contractual provisions (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ).
