Description:
The subject of the order is a catering service: preparation and delivery of ready-made meals for students of grades I-VIII of Primary School No. 3. Marcin Biema in Olkusz in the period from January to December 2026. Financial settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be based on the meals actually spent on a monthly basis and their unit price Due to the reduction in the number of meals served on individual days of the month or other settlement periods due to reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party, e.g. sickness absence of pupils, resignation from pre-school education, etc., the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party.3.7. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor: has, during the execution of the contract, valid civil liability insurance in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order for an insured amount not less than PLN 100,000.00. The Contractor whose the offer is deemed the most advantageous, he will be obliged, before concluding the contract, to provide the Ordering Party with confirmation of having the required insurance (policy together with proof of premium payment).3.8.
