Description:
The subject of the order is a catering service: preparation and delivery of ready-made meals for students of Primary School No. 9. them. ATGM. pilot Stanisław Skaryski in the period from January to December 2026. Financial settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be based on the meals actually spent on a monthly basis and their unit price Due to the reduction in the number of meals served on individual days of the month or other settlement periods due to reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party, e.g. sickness absence of pupils, resignation from pre-school education, etc., the Contractor are not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor: has valid civil liability insurance during the execution of the contract in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order. for an insurance sum of not less than PLN 100,000.00.
