Description:
The procedure concerns the catering service for sports and recreational events organized in 2026 by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center. Details of the procedure are included in the attachment. The offer should be submitted on the offer form. constituting an annex to these proceedings. Both the net and gross amount should be provided. Due to Russia's aggression against Ukraine, by submitting the offer, the Contractor declares that he is not subject to exclusion from the proceedings pursuant to Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on specific solutions for counteracting and supporting aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security. The Contractor declares that: 1. It is not an entity entered on the sanctions list. 2. It is not the entity whose the actual owner is entered on the sanctions list. 3.
