The subject of the order is the provision of a catering service consisting in preparing, delivering (delivering) and serving meals to students of Public Primary School No. 14 in Ostrowiec witokrzyski, osiedle Stawki 35, 27-400 Ostrowiec witokrzyski (hereinafter referred to as PSP no. 14).2. Detailed requirements the ordering party regarding the manner of providing the services that are the subject of the order are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), which constitutes Annex No. 5 to this SWZ. The remaining terms and conditions of the order are governed by the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 6. to this SWZ.
