Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of catering services. 2. The subject of the order includes 2 tasks (partial offers): 2.1. task no. 1 - catering service, the subject of the contract is the successive provision of catering services in the form of coffee services during classes carried out as part of Postgraduate studies in the Patient Safety through Education, Research, Management and Innovation Project - a postgraduate program in the field of biomedical sciences of the Medical University of Lublin. The project is financed from the state budget by the Medical Research Agency under contract no. 2023/ABM/06/00015-00 of November 28, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order").2.2. task no. 2 - Catering service - MBA postgraduate studies in health care - VThe subject of the order is the successful provision of catering services in the form of lunches in lunch boxes and coffee services during meetings at postgraduate studies "EMBA in health care" 5th edition.3. The order, within the scope of task no. 1, is carried out as part of the project entitled: Patient safety through education, research, management and innovation - postgraduate program in biomedical sciences of the Medical University of Lublin. The project is financed from the state budget by the Medical Research Agency on the basis of contract No. 2023/ABM/06/00015-00 of November 28, 2023.4. In the scope of task no. 2, the Ordering Party envisages using the option right referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
