3.2 The subject of the order are catering services related to the provision of food for children in kindergarten departments of the Primary School in Gorzkow.1. The subject of the order is the provision of a catering service consisting of: Preparing meals from own products, Delivering and serving all meals in working days from Monday to Friday for the duration of the contract. Cleaning up after serving meals, taking away dishes, cutlery and food leftovers2. In exceptional situations resulting from changes in the organization of the working day of kindergarten classes, the hours of meals served may change, after prior notice. agreed with the Contractor.3. The contractor is obliged to ensure, deliver to the school and serve the number of meals ordered for a given day. 4. The Ordering Party reserves that the number of planned meals may change (increase or decrease), which the Ordering Party could not predict at the stage of implementation of this proceedings, e.g. force majeure, unforeseen, such as the announcement of a pandemic, organizational changes, etc., and the Contractor will not pursue any claims in this respect.5.
