Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requests to employ a person under a chef's employment contract for the duration of the entire order. performing activities related to the execution of the order. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the activities specified for a person in the position of a cook, unless they are performed by a natural person as part of their business activity, be performed by an employee employed by the Contractor or subcontractors under an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended) for the entire duration of the contract. 4. Order completion date: 12 months from the date signing the contract, but no later than December 31, 2026 - on school days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding winter holidays, holidays, public holidays and school holidays
