Description:
1. The subject of the order is a catering service during training organized or co-organized by the Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as "NASK-PIB" or the "Ordering Party" located at the Conference and Training Center of the Gdańsk Park Naukowo-Technologego, ul.Trzy Lipy 3, 80-172 Gdańsk on November 20, 2025, hereinafter referred to as the "Event". 2. The Ordering Party will be responsible for renting training rooms with catering space (separate room/foyer), with the possibility of setting up catering tables and connecting to electricity.3.Number of Event participants - maximum: 150 people and minimum 120 people.The final number of participants will be confirmed 5 business days before the Event date.4.A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as: "SOPZ") is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
