Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services for the Police School in Katowice CPV 55520000-1 Meal delivery services.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) A complete list of the products that are the subject of the service is provided in the Menu constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. 2) Catering services include an average of 600 two-course lunches a day for students of the Police School in Katowice, depending on the current needs, the ORDERING PARTY reserves the right to adjust this amount to a maximum of 20% on the day and 15% in group 3. The indicated number of dinners is an estimate and is intended only to compare offers.4. Delivery the subject of the order will be performed using the Contractor's means of transport approved for the transport of food.5. Persons performing deliveries must have a valid medical certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes, which they can present at the request of the Ordering Party.6. Delivery, unloading and carrying the item Orders will be fulfilled at the Contractor's expense, included in the price of the products covered by the public procurement contract.7.
