1. The subject of the contract is the central print system - providing printing services, copies andscanning of paper documents, providing multifunctional devices, network printers as well as servers and software necessary to perform the order. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a contract template with attachments, constituting Annex 10 to SWZ. Required parametersThe devices were indicated in Annex 11 to SWZ.
2. The Employer does not require the implementation of the order by a sheltered workshop, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of art. 94 para. 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of2024 item 1320), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibilities of awarding orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act in an amount not exceeding 50 % of the value of the basic contract. In connection with the above, the Ordering Party when determining the value of this orderHe took into account the value of the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act, in the amount of: PLN 4 724 220.91 net. These orders will consist in repeating similar services - in relation to those described in these procedure in the contract template and attachments to it - in particular in the scopeprovision of print services, copies and scanning of paper documents, sharing multifunctional devices, network printers as well as servers and software necessary to perform the order.
