Description:
1) The subject of the contract is "Project Centrum - Construction of a multifunctional facility together
with space development. "
2) the detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the terms of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor specify the attachments:
a) Functional and utility program (hereinafter "PFU")-Annex A to SWZ,
b) contract template - Annex 10 to SWZ.
3) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of entrusting the exercise of some of the rights and obligations of the Ordering Party for the benefit Commercial Law Companies, whose exclusive owner is the Employer, and the Contractor consists of such entrusting. According to Resolution No. XVII/160/2025 of the Rumia City Council of May 29, 2025.
4) The Contractor is obliged to attach the architectural concepts with the offer, about which speech
in PFU point 1.1 - requirements for the development of project documentation item 1.1.1 - architectural concept.

226 para. 1 point 5) of the PZP Act rejects the offer if its content is inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
