Description:
1) The subject of the order is a service consisting in conducting certified training in the field of non-destructive testing of materials and engineering products, including joints and welds, for employees of the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering of the University of Silesia in Katowice on a stationary basis in the form of classes lectures and practical. The service may be provided by an entity that has the status of a training unit and cooperates with an accredited body that certifies NDT personnel in accordance with the EN ISO 9712 standard, enabling qualification exams to be conducted and participants to obtain certificates.2) Scope the order includes: a) conducting training covering the indicated research techniques (theoretical and practical parts) b) providing training materials c) issuing personal certificates of completion of training d) ensuring the possibility of taking 3 selected exams e) providing meals for participants training (i.e.: lunch - a one-course dinner each training day and constant access to drinks) f) Establishing a schedule for the implementation of the training package in consultation with the Ordering Party after selecting the contractor, 3) Detailed description of the subject zam...
