Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor to the Employer, in exchange for remuneration provided for in the contract:
1.1. Settings No. 1 (Order Basic) - works in the form of implementation, which results in the creation and launch of a working PND2 system requirements Described in the contract, including in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ). Task No. 1 is divided into the following stages:
1.1.1.etap 1 - functional analysis of the PWND system;
1.1.2. In stage 2 Pnda 2 system. Details of migration are contained in OPZ, in particular point 5.10 OPZ;
1.1.3.etap 3 - implementation workshops;
1.1.4.etap 4 - production start and stabilization of the PWND2 system in the production environment;
1.1.5.etap 5 - as -built documentation of the PVND2 system.
1.2. Settings No. 2 - providing technical assistance and maintenance services of the PVND and PWND2 system in the scope described in the contract and OPZ, including:
1.2.1. Preparation for the provision of technical assistance and maintenance of the PWND system;
1.2.2. Provision of technical assistance and maintenance of the PNIN and PWIND2 system. ATik will be provided as part of the basic order and in the option.
Task No. 3 will be implemented in the option.
