- 1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction and installation works in order to change the sewage circulation in biological chambers no. 9 - 12 from parallel to serial while modifying the internal circulation.
The subject of the task is to perform the necessary tasks design work and work on the existing facility (biological chambers 9 - 12), with maximum use of the existing sewage circulation system and internal circulation, to ensure serial sewage circulation. The sewage circulation and internal circulation (sewage with its contents) have been changed activated sludge) should enable, in the event of unsatisfactory results of the technology change, a relatively easy return to the currently existing sewage circulation system and circulation inside the chambers.
A detailed description of the subject of the order in the form of a Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) has been provided specified in the annex to the SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing all physical work related to the performance of all works covered by the order, the performance of which involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended), detailed regulations in the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party will apply the principles and activities specified in Art. 187, 188, Public Procurement Law, if such a circumstance/need occurs.
