Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Changing the method of heating residential premises (vacant premises) along with their modernization, renovation of a residential premises at ul. and in a manner specified in detail in the documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works and other documents constituting annexes to this SWZ 3. The scope of construction works includes, among others: a) replacement of wooden box windows with PVC, including the replacement of window sills, b) installation air vents in the upper part of the window (1 air vent for 1 room with a window) c) replacing door frames, d) removing old paints from walls and ceilings, e) priming, plastering, painting walls and ceilings, f) laying ceramic tiles on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom, g) dismantling the tiled stove, h) removing the carpet from PVC on the floor and skirting boards, i) nailing OSB boards to level the floor, j) installing floor panels and PVC carpets and skirting boards, k) removing rubble, l) making and hanging an information board on the building,) development...
