4.1. The subject of the order are construction works as part of the investment project titled: Changing the use of part of the building (floor) of the care and education facility into a nursery as part of the task Creating 16 new care places under the Active Toddler program 2022-2029 edition 7 in the Maluszek nursery, ul. Army Polskiego 13, 21-311 Komarwka Podlaska 4.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1. execution of construction works based on design documentation and technical expertise on the fire protection condition in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including in particular: - demolition partition walls, brickwork in the walls marked in the project, construction of new partition walls, - installation of electrical, heating, water and sewage installations and ventilation in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet - replacement of internal doors and the staircase, - replacement of the staircase lining (floor), - painting walls with washable paints, - installation of existing radiators, - installation of ceramic tiles in bathrooms, rooms. social, 2.
