- The subject of the order is the delivery of four, factory new chemical recognition cars for the level of readiness B. The subject of the order was divided into parts. The contracting authority allows in accordance with art. 91 paragraph 1 of the Act submitting partial offers. The offer can be submitted in relation to up to one or two parts of the order. The contracting authority does not limit the number of part of the order for which the order may be awarded to one contractor. Offers in each part of the order will be examined and evaluated separately, i.e. part A - delivery of 1 piece of the chemical recognition car for the level of level Readiness B, Part B - Delivery of 3 pieces of Chemical Recognition Cars for the SGRCH level B. Purchase is implemented as part of the project entitled: "Improvement of the rescue system on the road - stage VI financed by the European Union and co -financed from the state budget
Detailed The description and manner of implementation of individual parts of the order includes OPZ, i.e. for Part A of the order in Annex 3a to SWZ, for part B of the order in Annex 3b to SWZ.
