- The subject of the order is a chimney sweeping service consisting in cleaning chimney, smoke and exhaust ducts, flues and ventilation, in accordance with Regulation 34 of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010. regarding fire protection of buildings and other facilities construction and land. (Journal of Laws 2023.822). Carrying out an annual periodic inspection of chimney equipment pursuant to Art. 62 1.c and 3 of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994 (Journal of Laws 2025.418), in facilities administered by 45 WOG, divided into parts: Part I - in the town of Krosno Odrzaskie, Szklarka - Radnicka, Nowogrd Bobrzaski, Sulechw, Czerwieski and Zielona Gra. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the contract template, Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes an integral part of the Specification of Conditions Orders.
