The subject of the order are construction and chimney sweeping services in municipal resources managed by Tomaszowskie TBS Spka z o.o. on the basis of applicable regulations: 1) Act of 07/07/1994 - Construction Law 2) Act of 24/08/1991 on fire protection, 3) Regulation of the Minister Infrastructure of April 12, 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, 4) Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010. on fire protection of buildings, other buildings and areas,5) Regulation Minister of Interior and Administration of August 16, 1999 on technical conditions for the use of residential buildings,6) other issued on the basis of the above-mentioned acts and regulations.3. The list of buildings that may be covered by the agreement is attached as Annex No. 1 to the Agreement.4. The subject of the contract is specified The above scope of work includes the following scope of work: 1) installation of heat-resistant chimney liners, 2) installation of insulated ventilation chimneys, 3) installation of insulated heat-resistant chimneys, 4) milling of chimney flues, 5) disconnecting and connecting heating devices to the chimney. ...
