Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of chocolates. confectionery, desserts, dried fruit and dried fruits to the Military Units of the area of responsibility of the 3rd Regional Logistics Base in 2026.
2. The scope of the order includes 7 delivery areas, constituting 14 tasks specified in Annex No 2 to SWZ Price form (sheets for tasks 1-14)
3. The terms and conditions of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
4. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (individual product items are located in separate files).
5. Places deliveries within seven individual areas (tasks) are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Places of delivery.
6. The Ordering Party envisages exercising the option right in all tasks.
7. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests submitting the evidence specified in the procurement documents.
107 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the supplementation of the said evidence if the contractor fails to submit it
them together with the offer or the evidence submitted with the offer will be incomplete.
9. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit in these proceedings.
10. The Ordering Party requires a security for the proper performance of the contract.
