Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of mass catering services at Kindergarten No. 119 Zielona ka in Wrocaw, with its registered office in Wrocaw (50-521), ul. Dzka 23, a place of study, consisting in providing meals for a maximum of 140, and on average 125, children staying at the Ordering Party's facility on a daily basis.2. The maximum number of meals issued (over the entire duration of the order) is 28,875. The actual number of meals issued depends on the attendance of children on particular days.3. The minimum daily number of nutritional packages that the Contractor is obliged to deliver is 10 sets.4. The detailed scope and parameters of the subject of the contract are included in the Detailed requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the public procurement - constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.5. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix no. 4 from SWZ.
