Description: 1. The subject of the order are consulting services when preparing economic and financial analyzes for the needs of work on the Master Plan planned airport Solidarity. The order divides the basic order and optional orders.
2. The basic order includes preparation, among others:
- Financial model for objects: airport, parking lots, fuel database and railway station,
- economic and financial assumptions and project financing strategies and
- Recommendations in the field of investment implementation models.
3. Each optional contracts will include the expansion of the financial model about the objects indicated in OPZ objects (Cargo Terminal, Hotels) and the appropriate extension of the book of assumptions and the operating instructions of the financial model.
4. Detailed information on the basic order and optional orders have been included in Chapter 2 of OPZ.
