Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of mass catering services at Kindergarten No. 4 in Wroclaw, with its registered office in Wroclaw (53-320), ul. Sowicza 7-9, in a place of study, consisting in providing food according to the instructions contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, for a maximum of 170 and on average 110 children staying every day at the Ordering Party's facility.2. Within the indicated number of meals, elimination diets should be served for approximately 10 people (school year 2024/2025): dairy-free (4 people), gluten-free (1 person), various elimination diets, including no red meat, eggs, fish (5 people).3. average number of standard diets issued (by the entire duration of the order) amounts to 25,410 sets. The actual number of meals served depends on the children's attendance on particular days. The minimum daily number of nutritional packages that the Contractor is obliged to deliver is 10 sets.4.
