Description:
1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive supply of electricity - delivery with the distribution service - in the period from 01.07.2025. until 30.06.2026 - up to 54 collection points (PPE) together with the balance service.
2. A total estimated volume of electricity constituting the subject of the contract,Determined on the basis of consumption data in the last 12 months, it is approx. 2 874 881 kWh.
The above data are indicative. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data with the consumption of electricity and taking into account the contracting authorityactions referred to in art. 37 of the Act of October 7, 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market, taking into account electricity generated in micro -installations and usedby prosumers (estimated autoconsum).
The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reduction or increasing the amount of electricity does not attract any consequences for the contracting authority (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually collectedThe amount of energy and transmission services in accordance with the applicable OSD tariff.
The estimated amount of energy indicated is the amount of the contracting authority intends to acquire and does not include electricity produced (and used) on its own.
