- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 4 pieces of brand new zero-emission buses - electric vehicles, low-floor, category M3, MIDI type, class II, along with 2 pieces of two-station mobile chargers.
2.The scope of the order includes:
1) Delivery of 4 pieces of brand new, low-floor units MIDI class II buses, intended for passenger transport, and suburban public transport;
2) Delivery of 2 pieces of two-station mobile chargers for charging the main batteries in the bus.
3) Delivery of software and central software licenses, Dispatcher application, software for diagnosing pneumatic systems in the Vehicle, software for diagnosing electronic systems in the bus, software for the anti-lock braking system and electronically controlled braking system along with diagnostic software.
4) Conducting training in the field of operation of buses and chargers, as well as in the field of proper ongoing maintenance and in the use of the dispatcher application
3. Vehicles should meet technical conditions and requirements ensuring traffic safety, safety of transport of persons and goods and environmental protection in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the relevant implementing regulations.
