Description:
1. The subject of the contract includes:
1) delivery of 5 pieces of hybrid buses within the meaning of art. 2 point 13 of the Act of 11.01.2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289), with a total length containing in the range from 17.5 m to 18.75 m hereinafter"H18 buses",
2) delivery, assembly and connection and the first launch of five factory new, wired, plug-in chargers with a power of 20kW hereinafter referred to as "plug-in chargers",
3) warranty and post-warranty service of buses and Plug-in chargers; technical support and training.
2.Formal requirements, which must be met by the offered subject of the contract and detailed requirements, technical parameters, equipment and warranty conditions and the service that the subject of the contract must meet and have:
1) Annex 10.1 to SWZ - applies to H18 buses,
2) attachmentNo. 10.2 to SWZ-applies to plug-in chargers.
