- 1) The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and maintenance services listed in Annexes No. 2, 2a-2D to SWZ, divided into parts A, B, C, D in buildings of the University of Silesia, located in the cities: Katowice and BoguchwaΕowice, Chorzow, Sosnowiec, Cieszyn, in which There are humanities and experimental faculties as well as other university units, student houses, assistant houses with an average area specified in Annex 2E (divided into part of the order and specific facilities) for daily cleaning on the week of the week from Monday to Friday (with taking into account holiday months: July, August, Working Days - in accordance with the announced annually J.M. Rector and in agreement with the building administrator) and the average area in a month to clean Saturday - Sunday (taking into account holiday months: July, August, And working days - in accordance with the announced annually J.M. Rector and in agreement with the building administrator).
2) The Purchaser reserves the right to temporarily or periodically change the frequency and area intended for cleaning not exceeding a total of 20% of the size of the item Orders for each object in part from A-D, specified in Annex 2E to SWZ.
