- 1. The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning and maintaining in constant cleanliness of office rooms and various purposes in the buildings of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.
2. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts:
Part I - Cleaning and maintenance service in the constant cleanliness of the rooms office and various purposes in the buildings of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism at ul. Senatorska 12 and 14 in Warsaw.
Part II - Service of cleaning and maintaining in constant purity of office rooms and various purposes in the building of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism at ul. MarszaΕkowska 142 in Warsaw.
3. Description of the subject of the contract was specified in a detailed description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The scope of requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 4 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
