Description:
1. The subject of the order is cleaning and maintenance services in the building of the "Meteor" Student Dormitory at ul. University of Poznań 9 in Poznań. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex A to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow it submitting partial offers. 3. The Contractor will provide and appoint a coordinator who will systematically and directly supervise the Contractor's employees during the provision of the service and control the quality of their work. Professional experience designated coordinator is the criterion for evaluating offers. Changing the coordinator during the execution of the contract is only possible if a coordinator with at least the same number of years of professional experience is provided. 4. The contractor is obliged to perform cleaning services in the above-mentioned building using cleaning products preferred by the Ordering Party, in accordance with Annex A to the SWZ or using equivalent cleaning products. The cleaning products offered to provide the service must meet the requirements of the ordering party included in Annex A to the SWZ. 5. The contractor will declare in the offer form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) what cleaning products will be used to complete the order. 6. To confirm the above, the Contractor will provide the funds in question evidence: a) descriptions of cleaning and hygiene products and products that will be used in the execution of the order, along with current safety data sheets and technical data sheets of the product, issued by...
