a) the Act on Wastes of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws, ie 2021,779);
b) Regulation of the climate minister of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws 2020.10)
According to art. 3 section 1 point 32 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, the Contractor providing the service is also a manufacturer of the resulting waste and the obligations arising from the provisions of the Waste Act.
The Contractor is obliged to have a current authorization throughout the duration of the agreement issued by the competent authority to conduct management activities (collection, transport, processing) waste of codes compatible with the subject of the contract.
