Description:
The subject of the order is the cleaning and unblocking of downpipes, downspouts, gutters and cleanouts, as well as the repair of gutters and downspouts in residential buildings that are 100% owned by the capital city. Warsaw, managed by the Department. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ. Employees working on cleaning gutters and downspouts should have completed current health and safety training, the program of which included issues related to health and safety rules when working at heights and should have valid and up-to-date medical examination confirming the lack of contraindications to work at a height above 3 m.
