Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of cleaning the external area and constant maintenance of green areas in the park at the Ujazdowski Castle Center for Contemporary Art. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.2. Pursuant to Art. 281 section 2 points 7 of the Act, the Ordering Party requires that the following activities necessary to complete the order be performed by persons employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor (also a further Subcontractor) under an employment contract: cleaning of traffic routes (streets, sidewalks, parking lots, etc.), including sweeping and removing waste, removal of rubbish from garden baskets to the Employer's containers, removal of rubbish from low green areas, removal of brush, leaves, animal excrements from low green areas, keeping pavements, curbs and concrete and stone strips around buildings clean (including, among others, removal of ingrown grass in sidewalk cracks and near stone benches J.
