The contract award procedure is carried out in a simplified procedure based on the "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." adopted for use by Resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of August 1, 2023 "Cleaning the glass facade of the railway station building Katowice, at Pl. M and L.Kaczyński" Type of order: service A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: Annex No. 1 to the Zo. Description of the Subject of the Order - hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" Annex No. 9 to the Zo. Draft Agreement. Estimated number of cleanings - 1 once. The procedure covered by this Request for Quotation is marked with the symbol: KNKa11/2025/WNP- 019294. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned symbol in all contacts with the Ordering Party. Each Contractor may only submit one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Quotation in electronic form. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. Contractors receive access to the PKP Purchasing Platform ARE. after completing the registration process at: https://pkp.eb2b.com.pl. Detailed instructions for submitting offers are available after logging in to the eB2B platform in the "Help" menu.
