Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in the facilities of the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice. The subject of the order will be carried out from Monday to Friday and on selected weekends (part-time studies), in accordance with the schedule of hours established before the end of the preceding month. next month (the number of man-hours per month will amount to 2,670 on average). During the 12 months of the service, the number of man-hours is estimated at 32,392.
2. Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Act, taking into account the nature of the service, mainly its cyclical nature (daily performance of the same activities, v fixed hours), the Ordering Party requires the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing activities included in the so-called direct costs, based on an employment contract - a full description of the requirements is included in the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party will enable interested Contractors conducting an on-site inspection of the facilities whose cleaning is the subject of this procedure. The Contractor's on-site visit is not obligatory - the date and time are included in the SWZ.

5. Deadline for execution of the order: for 12 months from the date December 20, 2025, and if the contract is concluded after this date, from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the contract price referred to in § 2 section 1 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, whichever comes first, subject to § 2 section 10 points 1) and 2) and § 6 section 3 point 2) letter e) Designed...
