The subject of this Agreement are comprehensive cleaning services for the interior of the building of the District Court in Sanok in accordance with the description of the subject of the order specified in the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the Service or Services. a) The services covered by this Agreement will be provided at the headquarters of the District Court in Sanok, at ul. Kociuszki 5, 38-500Sanok, area 2,149.93 m2.1. All Services covered by this Agreement will be performed in the above-mentioned. building on all business days, in accordance with the conditions provided for in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (annex to the Agreement) and the requirements specified in the Specification of Order Conditions (annex to the Agreement).2. Service implementation will take place in accordance with the Contractor's Offers (Annex to the Agreement), Specification of Order Conditions (Annex to the Agreement), Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex to the Agreement), taking into account applicable provisions of generally applicable law or other guidelines, requirements or recommendations binding on the Ordering Party or the Contractor relevant public administration entities, including in particular the Chief, Provincial or District Sanitary Inspector, and internal regulations adopted by the Ordering Party for the facilities covered by the services.3.
