2. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts.
3 object orders. The application for a local vision should be sent to e-mail addresses indicated in point 3.8. Swz.
4. According to the provision of art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires that persons performing activities that make up the cleaning service, during the performance of the contract, to be employed on on the basis of an employment contract throughout the entire contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. Detailed employment rules are set out in the contract template - Annex 5 to SWZ. Employment requirement The persons indicated above applies to the employment contract for both the contractor and subcontractors participating in the order. The burden of proving this requirement will rest with the contractor.
