Description:
1. The subject of the order is cleaning of the premises of Enea Operator RD Krosno, PE Gubin, PE Lubsko The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility for the Contractor to submit an offer for all parts order (i.e. the Contractor may submit an offer for a selected part, for several or all parts of the order). Part 1: Cleaning the premises of Enea Operator RD Krosno facilities Part 2: Cleaning the premises of Enea Operator PE Gubin facilities Part 3: Cleaning of Enea Operator PE Lubsko facilities 2. Submitting variant offers is not allowed. 4. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that persons performing activities constituting the cleaning service, during execution of the order, were employed under an employment contract throughout the entire period of execution of the order, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. Detailed employment rules are specified in the contract template - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The requirement to employ the above-mentioned persons under an employment contract applies to both the Contractor and subcontractors participating in the execution of the order. Burden of proving compliance with this requirement will be the responsibility of the Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party recommends carrying out a site visit in order to get acquainted in detail with the place of implementation of the subject of the order.
