Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a commonly available service with established quality standards involving the cleaning of residential buildings as well as cleaning and care of green areas administered by the MSWIA housing resources management, located in Warsaw at:
Cadets 47a and cadet 43/45 with adjacent external areas;
Promenade 1/3 with adjacent external areas;
Lubelska 20/20A with adjacent external areas;
Dembego 7 and 9 and Zaruby 10, 12 with adjacent external areas;
Zaruby 13, 15, 17 with adjacent external areas.
2. The order of the contract will be made on the basis of detailed descriptions with the scope of activities and their frequency and situational sketches for individual locations attached from 1.1 to 1.5 to SWZ.
