1. The subject of this procedure is the service for: Cleaning of rooms in the building of the Institute of Energy - National Research Institute, Gdask Branch, renovation and cleaning of green areas and repair of parking lots and pedestrian communication routes belonging to the Ordering Party in accordance with the draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including the Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement.2. Place of order execution: Institute of Energy - National Research Institute Branch Gdask, ul. Mikoaja Reja 27, a 6-story building and adjacent internal and external areas within the property.3. The subject of the order referred to in section 1 includes: 1) Task I - ongoing cleanliness; 2) Task II - applying professional protective coatings to PVC floor coverings; 3) Task III washing carpets and rugs;4) Task IV - cleaning of external areas;5) Task V - renovation and cleaning of green areas;6) Task VI - cleaning of parking lots and communication routes.4.
