Description:
1. The parties are submitted to the contract under which the Contractor undertakes to provide service to cleaning the spine -based separators with water tests at the terminal at ul. operational, including service and maintenance of the separator with a settler, including in particular: a) device control, b) control of the quantity of detained cleaners, c) removal of detained impurities, d) in the event of a confirming one that closes the standard of the degree of filling with substances petroleum and sediment- removal of these pollutants, e) performance during the contract of one operational view, required in accordance with § 17 para. the water environment and the warriors, which should be met when introducing sewage into the water or into the ground, attacked when draining rainfall or snowmelt into water or to the equipment (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1311; hereinafter: "Regulation"), specifying whether the conditions referred to in § 17 para. petroles of construction industry ...
