- The subject of the contract is "the service of cleaning buildings and the external area of the ZUS headquarters and the Department of Documentation and Printing Management at 25 A street in Warsaw."
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 3 to SWZ in Part A and Annex 3A to SWZ in Part B of the order.
The subject of the contract is divided into the following parts:
• Part A: provision of professional cleaning services at the headquarters of the Social Insurance Institution and the external area as well as in c/ZUS service apartments,
• Part B: Providing professional cleaning services Department of Documentation and Printing Management Department at ul. Podskarbińska 25 A and the outer area.
The contracting authority requires that the Contractor personally perform key tasks regarding:
For Part A:
• Maintaining cleanliness in C/ZUS buildings at ul. Szamocka 3, 5,
• keeping the area clean Outdoor on the property belonging to the C/ZUS facility, ul. Szamocka 3, 5 in Warsaw,
• Maintaining cleaning of business apartments, including bedding exchange at ul. Czerniakowska 127/202 and at ul. Pietraszewicza 11/28,
For part B:
• Maintaining cleanliness in the building management department building and polygraphy at ul. Podskarbińska 25 a.
• Keeping the external area on the property belonging to the Department of Documentation and Printing Management at ul. Podskarbińska 25 and in Warsaw.
