- 1. Detailed requirements and description regarding the subject of the contract are included in the following attachments to SWZ:
1) Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ);
2) Annex 1A to SWZ - list of internal and external areas covered by the order and the required frequency work (tables from 1 to 5);
3) Annex 1B to SWZ - Requirements for cleaning products (Table I), Devices
and equipment (Table II).
4) Annex 4 to SWZ - contract template.
