The contracting authority provides for the possibility of submitting an offer by the Contractor in relation to all parts of the order (i.e. that the contractor may submit an offer for the selected part, for several or for all parts of the order).
Part 1: Cleaning service of buildings and rooms RD Nowa Sol
Part 2: Cleaning service of buildings and rooms of the PE sheepskin
Part 3: The cleaning service of buildings and rooms of PE Szprotawa
2. It is not allowed to submit offers variant.
95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires that persons performing activities that make up the cleaning service, during the performance of the contract, to be employed on the basis of an employment contract throughout the entire contract, if the performance of these activities consists of on performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. Detailed employment rules are set out in the contract template - Annex 5 to SWZ. The requirement to employ the persons indicated above applies to the employment contract for both the contractor and the subcontractors participating in the implementation of the order. The burden of proving this requirement will rest with the contractor.
