Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services in the facilities of the Łodź Provincial Office in Łodź.
2. The subject of the order was divided into the following three parts:
1)Part I - Cleaning service in the facilities of the Łodź Office Wojewodzki in Łodź located at ul. Piotrkowska 103, ul. Żeromskiego 87, ul. Gdańska 73 and ul. Traugutta 25 in Łodź and window cleaning service in the facility at ul. Piotrkowska 104 in Łodź
2)Part II - Cleaning service in rooms occupied by the Provincial Team Disability Assessment Cases located at ul. Lecznicza 6 in Łodź;
3)Part III - Cleaning service in the facility of the Łodź Provincial Office in Łodź located at ul. Pienista 71 in Łodź (ground floor).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of implementation for each of three parts results from the content of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, as well as from the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
