Description:
1. The subject of the order is the cleaning service inside the RD buildings Leszno Kościan ul. North 3 in the period from 1/02/2026 to 31.01.2028.
2. Variant offers are not allowed.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers. The submitted offer must cover the whole subject of the order.
95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires that persons performing activities that make up the cleaning service, during the performance of the contract, to be employed on the basis of an employment contract throughout the contract if the performance of these activities It consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. Detailed employment rules are set out in the contract template - Annex 5 to SWZ. The requirement of employment of the persons indicated above, applies to both the contractor and subcontractors, taking participation in the implementation of the order. The burden of proving this requirement will rest with the contractor.
