Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of the following services: 1) maintaining cleanliness of the corridors and sanitary facilities of the Court of Appeal in Rzeszow with its seat at Al. Pisudskiego 28 in Rzeszow;, 2) maintaining cleanliness in the external area of the Court of Appeal in Rzeszow, as part of ther 603/6 together with the adjacent sidewalks, as well as mowing the areas in the summer, and in the winter, snowing and covering the sidewalk in front of the building and the entrance stairs with sand;, 3) keeping the rooms in the building at ul. clean. 3 Maja 32 in Nisko, 2. Subject of the order formust be performed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the OPZ constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the public procurement contract specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ., 4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor employs persons with no criminal record to perform the orderagainst whom no criminal proceedings are pending. , 5.
